Danielle Abdelhamid - Danielle is a Recovery Support Peer Specialist working within the Bryan College Station community since 2018. She is also a full time student at Colorado Technical University, more than half way through towards a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Human Services, and a twelve consecutive term presidents list honoree, with a goal of becoming a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. Danielle has been an advocate for all people in recovery, medication assisted treatment, mental health treatment, and pregnant moms in recovery for several years. She is also a member of NAADAC, TAAP, and BV Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC), and has several certifications such as Crisis Intervention, Mental Health First Aid, Narcan administration, CPR, and Medication Assisted Recovery Services.
